housekeepers. There are only 3 people (in each department) to tend
to the needs of over 300 apartments and 1000+ residents. The staff
is always smiling and helpful. When work orders are submitted,
responses are within hours. The housekeepers keep the halls and
public areas clean and orderly. The maintenance staff keeps our
water running and the property safe, in addition to repairing all of
our oops! The office staff is also well informed and helpful to our
many needs and questions. They are friendly and make us, the
residents, feel like a family. The addition of the new property
manager will only add to the efficiency to the staff and has already
made strides in improving our home.
