From the very beginning. CMI has showed a unique talent for

early 1960’s, when the nations’ shifting demographics lit the
fuse for an explosion in the multi-family apartment market, CMI

needs of the market trend. From 1958 to 1969, CMI constructed
approximately 6,000 apartment units, demonstrating time and
